Mains

  • Pan-Fried Salmon

    Salmon pave served in a herb and crumb crust, with a delicious brandy lobster bisque, courgettes and shrimps (V)

  • Seabass

    Marinated & grilled fillets of seabass, served with fennel and orange,  drizzled with lemon infused “Toscom” olive oil (V)

  • Grilled Sirloin Steak

    Served with a Porcini mushroom and Shitaki mushroom sauce

  • Classic Christmas Feast

    A classic turkey breast served with a sausage and chestnut stuffing “Pigs in Blankets”, roasting jus and redcurrant jelly

  • Mushroom Gnocchi

    Gnocchi filled with mushrooms, served with a courgette sauce accompanied with crispy pancetta

  • Lamb Shank

    Slow cooked lamb served in a rich red wine “Bordelaise” and herb sauce

  • St. Villa Risotto

    Carnaroli risotto with saffron and truffle pesto, served with asparagus tips and Mascarpone cheese (V) Add chicken if required

    Halibut served with a black olive and aromatic bread crumbed crust with a beautiful black ink, squid and crab sauce, accompanied with yellow courgettes and red peppers.

  • Traditional Christmas Turkey

    Served with crispy roasted potatoes, vegetables and a rich gravy

  • Carnaroli Risotto

    Served with artichokes, beetroots and mascarpone cheese. Topped with bresaola and finished with a touch of crushed toasted hazelnuts

  • Ravioli

    Ravioli filled with delicious seabass, crab meat and prawns. Served with mussels and courgettes in a rich lobster bisque

  • Pearl Barley Salad

    Served with avocado, artichokes, asparagus, grapefruits and toasted almonds. Drizzled with a delicious honey mustard dressing  V

    Duck breast glazed with honey and spices, served with an endive pastry tartlet and redcurrant port wine sauce

    With black olives and a delicious aromatic crumbed crust served in a black ink, squid and crab sauce with yellow courgettes and red peppers

    Served in a spicy sauce with crab meat, fresh tomatoes and a vegetable mosaic

     

  • Rack of Lamb

    Coated in porcini pate and wrapped in Parma ham, the lamb is also served with dauphinois potatoes, truffle and Barolo wine sauce

This will be the only menu available on the night after 7:30pm.  Our À la carte menu served until 7.30, however you will be asked to vacate your table by 8:30.

A £2.99 supplement is required for dessert. All prices are in GBP.
