The St. Villa à la carte menu promises to never disappoint. Inspired by flavours and ingredients from home and abroad our talented Executive Chef carefully crafts these into sumptuous seasonal dishes for our menus, which are perfect to suit everybody’s tastebuds.

Starters

  • Crispy Fried Calamari
    Deep fried calamari served with rich chilli marinara sauce
  • Sautéed Porcini & Shitake Mushrooms

    Served on a warm garlic and parsley crostini, sprinkled with parmesan cheese (v)

  • Cumin and Roasted Carrot Hummus

    Hummus served with chargrilled pitta break and stuffed olives (V)

  • Scottish Smoked Salmon

    Served with braised fennel and honey, apple salad and pickled lemon peel (GF)

Mains

  • Aubergine and Parmigiana Tortellini

    Tortellini served with a  white wine and shallot sauce (V)

  • Chicken Milanese

    Traditional breaded chicken breast, served with parmesan cheese salad

  • Chefs Famous Pappardelle Duck Ragu
    Slow cooked duck with ribbons of flat pasta noodles, served in a rich ragu sauce
  • St. Villa Risotto

    Risotto with porcini and white wild mushrooms topped with parmesan cheese (V/GF)

  • Prime beef and brisket burger (supplement 1.99)

    Homemade 8oz 100% British beef with melted cheddar, oak smoked streaky bacon, tomato, red onion, lettuce, and gherkins on a seeded brioche bun with homemade chips

    2 scoops of your choice: honeycomb, salted caramel, pistachio, chocolate, vanilla and lemon sorbet

    Warm Belgium double chocolate brownie, served with luxurious salted caramel ice cream.
