The St. Villa Vegan menu promises to never disappoint. Inspired by flavours and ingredients from home and abroad our talented Executive Chef carefully crafts these into sumptuous seasonal dishes for our menus, which are perfect to suit everybody’s tastebuds.

    Served with a sweet and sour balsamic onion glaze

    Served in a White Wine and Shallot Sauce (v)

    Served with a creamy dill and pancetta sauce

    Wrapped in pancetta served with a homemade cherry red wine jus
